Review: What's My Pee Telling Me? by Josh Richman & M.D., Anish Sheth

What's My Pee Telling Me? by Josh Richman & M.D., Anish Sheth
Hardcover: 128 pages
Publisher: Chronicle Books; 1 edition (September 9, 2009)
Rating: 5/5

What goes in must come out. It's that simple. But what does it all mean? Between these pages lies the mystery and the key to your health and happiness.

My Thoughts: Okay let me just say YES I giggled thru this entire book! I challenge anybody to read this book and not laugh out loud several times!

Maybe I'm weird but I actually loved this book and can only imagine what the rest in the series are like. The authors have done an excellant job on presenting some crucial health information for you while making it humerous and fun to read.

You'll learn things like what the different colors of your urine can tell you about your health and when you should go to your doctor. And on the humerous side it is filled with the different kinds of farts, what they are called, and what causes them.

I never knew there was an actual name for farting in bed and yanking the sheets over your mates head! It's called The Dutch Oven!

I just read your post out loud to my mother and daughter. My daughter's response? I'm going to do a Dutch Oven tonight. Great.

Sounds intersting & helpful. I can read almost anything if they do it with humor. Who knew different kinds of farts had names? I may have to get this!

LOL That's funny. You're not weird, I'd love to read this book too! I also didn't know farts had different names. Hmm. LOL. I already know some basic pee facts like if it's dark you're not drinking enough etc...

Me to Shy! Time I saw the title and previewed it I knew it was gonna be neat!

LOL@hcmurdoch There were loads of others that tickled me as well even one called a foghorn!

Sharon & Callista - Yes while it has been made humerous to be fun to read it does honestly offer up ALOT of very true and helpful information as to what you need to be observant about.

Thanks for all your kind comments. :)
